They are very confident in the future of the study.

The lack of releases by Blizzard in 2011 has marked economic results of the study, but the head of it, Mike Morhaime, has not hesitated to highlight the great strength of his team and powerful line of releases that are ready for 2012 .

This forceful has been shown to investors, Activision Blizzard, which has confirmed they will release two of its most iconic franchises throughout the years to come. The question arises when one speaks of the second major project published in 2012, as well it might be Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm, or the new expansion of World of Warcraft, Mists of Pandaria. Morhaime has not clarified whether it might be possible to release three titles in the same year, although we believe the sequel StarCraft II has all the ballots to arrive during the next year.

On the other hand, the head of the study has highlighted the enormous potential of the company, which has kept StarCraft II as the best selling game in the U.S. and Europe over the past nine months, and has succeeded in mobilizing thousands of users with the news about the sequel, the trailer for Heart of the Swarm was seen by a million people at Blizzcon.
